When the Guelph Humane Society received over 100 cats at the end of January, the pet lovers in our Guelph and Cambridge offices were quick to spring into action.

A group of 8 Caissa staff decided to accept this challenge and take part this year.  For over 25 years, Canadians have been tackling the CN Tower’s 1,776 steps to make an incredible difference for wildlife.

This event was able to raise more than $1.4 million dollars for wildlife and nature efforts across Canada.

In 2006, Caissa LLP began fundraising to create an impact on the community surrounding us.

Staff are invited to participate in Denim Fridays on the last Friday of every month by making a $5 donation and bringing in a food bank item.

One of our campaigns to raise money and awareness was the sale of mustache cookies during Movember. Staff made a donation of their choosing to participate in Movember and cookies were sold along-side that.

Every year the Children’s Foundation of Guelph and Wellington hold a gala to raise awareness and funds for their initiatives. The gala’s theme is Around the World, with the location changing each year. The Embree fundraising committee is invited to attend the gala and to show the impact of the funds raised by staff.
