Bruno has over 25 years of public accounting experience, serving a diverse client base from owner managed business to public corporations. Bruno's education and tax planning experience comes from completing the CICA in depth tax courses, lecturing at a post secondary school and working in the tax department at a national accounting firm. Bruno specializes in areas such as preparing and reviewing income tax returns, estate and succession planning, reviewing HST/GST filing requirements and much more.  

Catherine Embree graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Chartered Accountancy studies. She obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 1989. Catherine has worked in a large multinational accounting firm and small local firms having joined the predecessor Hillson & Co in 1993. Catherine has over 30 years of experience in public accounting. Today, she is the Administrative partner responsible for Finance, IT and HR.

She enjoys volunteering in the community where she can share her skills and has served on several boards as treasurer. She has also achieved a Level 3 swimming official certification and spends her spare time at swim meets.  

Dave has over 30 years of public accounting experience with extensive knowledge in accounting and small business tax.  He enjoys being a trusted advisor to his many small business clients in the areas of tax compliance and planning, estate planning and business advisory services. Dave joined Hillson & Co. LLP (predecessor of Embree & Co. LLP) as a partner in 1997 and works from our Cambridge office.

Dave graduated with a BA degree from The University of Western Ontario and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1989. He enjoys camping, hiking and kayaking in his spare time and can often be found outdoors enjoying the sunshine with his family and friends.

Kevin graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts in Honours in Chartered Accountancy Studies.  He obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1987.  He has over 30 years of experience in public accounting and industry serving a wide range of clients including owner/manager, companies with multiple investors and not for profit clients.  Kevin has extensive experience in accounting, auditing, taxation and management consulting.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1998, followed by a post graduate diploma in accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1999. She obtained her CGA designation in 2004. Jennifer has extensive experience in accounting, assurance and taxation, and estate planning for owner manager and Not For Profits. Jennifer joined Hillson & Co. LLP (predecessor of Embree & Co. LLP) in 1999, to then become a partner of Caissa in 2021

Mario has over 25 years of industry and public accounting experience with extensive knowledge in accounting, taxation and management consulting. He joined as partner in 1992. His preferred area of practice is with owner-managed enterprises. Mario graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo in 1990 and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1992. He completed the In-Depth Tax Course in 1994. In his spare time Mario enjoys curling, mountain biking and is a competitive chess player. 

Tim is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University holding an Honours Bachelor of Economics Degree. Tim is a designated CPA with over 25 years of experience in advising family owned businesses with respect to tax planning, acquisitions and divestitures, succession planning and remuneration strategies. Being a lifelong resident of Cambridge, Tim is actively involved in the community working with Cambridge Memorial Hospital and its Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society and much more.
